I travld amñ uņoun men,
In landz bynd ɖ sì;
Nr, Ñgḷnd! dd I nǒ tl ɖen
Ẃt luv I bòr t ɖi.

’tiz past, ɖt meḷnc̣li drīm!
Nr wl I qit ɖî śor
A secnd tîm; fr stl I sīm
T luv ɖi mor n mor.

Amñ ɖî mǎntnz dd I fīl
Ɖ jô v mî dzîr;

Bsd an Ñgliś fîr.

Ɖî mornñz śoud, ɖî nîts cnsild,
